A national pharmacy chain was upgrading its in-store phone systems and needed each location surveyed and re-cabled for the new hardware. The sites were spread across Alberta, several well over an hour from Edmonton, and the rollout needed surveys and cabling sequenced tightly so crews were not driving back to the same town twice.

Why Alberta pharmacy locations need a mobile field partner
Pharmacies in smaller Alberta communities do not have IT staff on site. When a phone upgrade is scheduled, the store needs someone who can arrive prepared, understand the existing voice setup, and finish the cabling without calling the integrator back.
